I'm paid fairly for the work that I do

You get out what you put in. You get what you deserve. By having base + incentive structures, team members have unlimited financial opportunities.

Good balance between base salary and incentives + all the health benefits.

401k match, generous PTO policy, and monthly incentives to earn even more.

The company does care about how you perform, but they're not just going to pay you to pay you. I think that's a good thing as it truly drives people to be better and perform.

I really appreciate the profit share. It's a great way to keep the team aligned about goals.
