Very collaborative environment, 100% paid health insurance, we get rewarded when we hit big goals, focus on learning and development, cool office, the list goes on

Collaboration and feedback. Everyone is open for ways to improve their role and push themselves.
While we work a lot, I don't feel it's forced. I have a drive to do more, be better, and Crisp exemplifies that. We look for the right people to build on that culture, but nobody is held hostage. If you work hard, you'll be rewarded. All that hard work makes for a strong culture.
We give real-time feedback. It's supportive and also direct. That has helped me grow significantly.
