Crisp's interview process is clear, fair and thorough. A good balance between soft and/or hard skills and cultural fit.

I like that the process is atypical. It really weeds out who wants it and was super refreshing when I was looking for a new role. I got to show more of myself instead of just fingers crossed with a resume submission.

It's been a while, but the interview process did have a lot of steps even when I was hired. It's not easy, takes dedication, but it really reflects the work you'll be doing day to day.
