The leadership team is flexible in looking for ways to improve the company and ensuring employees are set up for success. Everyone is collaborative and willing to listen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the process is atypical. It really weeds out who wants it and was super refreshing when I was looking for a new role. I got to show more of myself instead of just fingers crossed with a resume submission.
