Management here. We get 3 months paid medical leave. One year salary free life insurance. Great insurance packages. Stock benefits. 401K match is consistently at 100%-120% at 6% of your salary. Discount mall is hundreds of discounts on events, theme parks, hotel/car, products galore, shoes, et all.

I feel undervalued because I'm overlooked when it really counts, also being compensated is pretty much off the table. There's always a excuse.

The payout system never has made sense to me. Nearly every shift, no matter lunch or dinner, busy or slow; I am usually leaving with less than 50 dollars in my pocket ("tips") after having to give the Manager about the same amount during the end of shift Cashing Out. Somethings wrong with payouts.
