The pay does not justify the workload. Employees are treated as if they are expendable, and all talk is about growth in sales and training, but they have taken away all of the bonuses for anyone outside of the management/exec teams. Met some lifelong friends while working at DS, but the company has tanked since the acquisition by Solera. Constant UD hiring freezes while jobs are outsourced to India.
