Met some lifelong friends while working at DS, but the company has tanked since the acquisition by Solera. Constant UD hiring freezes while jobs are outsourced to India. Solera monitors work time and now laid off droves of employees after original CEO & team spoke of how great the change would be.

The pay does not justify the workload. Employees are treated as if they are expendable, and all talk is about growth in sales and training, but they have taken away all of the bonuses for anyone outside of the management/exec teams. They also have not given raises for entire departments in years.

Transparency Accessible Customer Focussed Open to ideas Rewarding

Being transparent and being true to their word. Team spoke of integrity and valued it highly, but do the opposite with their workforce. Meanwhile, rely on workers to hide the fact that content comes from India in fear of "bad PR".

health insurance is good, low premiums for employee and family members, great providers in the hospital system

pay is about 20% less than average, health care is minimal. Everything else like 401k match is so low as to be a facade.

creative, experienced, compassionate, competent professionals, with no need to be micromanaged

Solera is gutting the company, there's no way it cannot collapse.

Unclear on how the situation can be improved, as it seems like Solera has done the damage and turned the company into a hollow shell of its former self. Trust has been broken between executives and employees.
