    Unclear on how the situation can be improved, as it seems like Solera has done the damage and turned the company into a hollow shell of its former self. Trust has been broken between executives and employees.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    pay is about 20% less than average, health care is minimal. Everything else like 401k match is so low as to be a facade.
