How employees describe working at DealerSocket

Customer Support and solving issues

Little to no support. Bugs keep software from being useable frequently and hurts sales big time. More issues with this software than any other I've used in management or sales in the past 20+ years. You can tell they don't care anymore and don't have proper support employees in place.

Customer service does not answer the phone for 2 days

Make your crm work!! Total disapointment!!!

Solera is gutting the company, there's no way it cannot collapse.
