
The ability that I have to make some decisions in helping customers. Also I like the fact that I can take my own personal approach to connect with customers to help build the bond between them, their needs, our team and Deluxe. It takes us all to make it all come together.

Need to improve by getting all new managers that know the labour law and brakes and working by yourself with a lot of chemicals. It's very dangerous when you work by yourself and Sick does not care we've been without the manager for six months and I was I was treated really badlyimproved get manger

we don't have enough employees to keep up workload. We don't have proper training for those that are here. Major lack of communication between departments.

Deluxe could start actually delivering useful products and features by taking the time to understand customer needs. There's so much arrogance that these product managers and owners think they know better than what actual paying customers are requesting. Middle management is green, and useless.

Lack of motivation on the team, lack of clear direction and goals, low pay, bad healthcare plan, improve all of these and you would improve retention and the need to hire new employees would decrease
