Most of the leaders offer continuous training and monitor our metrics to ensure we hit our goals
ELT vision is muddied by demands for shareholder performance. The double speak of "customer-first" and "show-me-the-money" is so thick you could stack the empire state building twice on it. Middle management is so grossly incompetent, and not a single decision maker or officer cares about customers.

Respect employees. Writing fake policies. Threatening employees. Refusing to implement and maintain work life balance. Abusing their authority. Chsnging schedules week to week. Not including employees on changes. Dont allow opportunities to make suggestions. No buy in on anything.
Actually doing their job instead of just making sure they themselves are OK. Talk to employees instead of just telling one person of something changed. Treat people equally instead of promoting your favorite even though they are no qualified for the job.

Communication with all employees, especially direct reports. Creating attainable goals and understanding the work process
Listening to the people who do the job.
The management team doesn't think about their employees. Any great manager I've had they found a way to get rid of them, leaving the managers that show up late and leave early everyday.
