The lady interviewing me gave an in depth description of what the company does, fairly evaluated my skills to perform our job's duties, and was overall very informative.
I don't really recall specifics of the process. I have been on this team for a few year. (8-9) The company has changed a lot. Not for the better. Return to the office has been the worse.
