ELT vision is muddied by demands for shareholder performance. The double speak of "customer-first" and "show-me-the-money" is so thick you could stack the empire state building twice on it. Middle management is so grossly incompetent, and not a single decision maker or officer cares about customers.

Get paid fairly for the many years of knowledge I have.
Deluxe does not pay market rate. Variable comp is ok but totally unpredictable.
Poorly paid for our experience never get a good yearly raise.
We went nearly 3 years without raises while also taking on more and more work with less staff, when we finally got a raise this year they were 3%, which when accounting for inflation is a 6% paycut.
I have been working at the same site for al.ost 12 years and I get paid 24 cents more then a new hire. I have never been written up and have always done my job.
Employees continue to do more with less.
We all get along really well on a professional and personal level!

We dont have hardly any meetings.
We don't have meetings. Most of the employees do what they want how they want and get rewarded because management likes them. The employees that actually follow the rules and don't use friendships as a way to get promoted or get a family member a job are always given a hard time.

The ability that I have to make some decisions in helping customers. Also I like the fact that I can take my own personal approach to connect with customers to help build the bond between them, their needs, our team and Deluxe. It takes us all to make it all come together.

Mamagers are mis-managing and blaming the team.
They constantly change things on customers without their permission.
