I was stretched thin with cross-training and constantly waved a triple diamond shift coordinator promotion for three year even after transferring three different times. I thought things differently and wouldn't sweep problems under the rug. I was given responsibilities with nothing to show for it.

If they paid a living wage or did raises for people who have shown dedicated and loyalty or if I got paid as much as my male peers and didn't constantly passed up for promotions. They hire people who know nothing about the company and wonder why there are problems and there aren't any benefits.

Having 7 different shifts through out the day isnt gonna help . Immediate shift change at 12 o clock at night isnt gonna help , it just messes up employees scheduling and there time off

Have firm, fair and consistent consequences for lack of adherence to procedure and protocol. Do not reward those who are late, out of uniform or on their phone all shift with a differential. Offer affordable insurance, including AFLAC. Give raises to servers who go above and beyond.
