It's a great place to go work if you are politically competent - you don't actually need to be good at the job. Also their diversity is false: putting the Asian guy in finance and woman in communications while everything else looks like wonderbread doesn't make you diverse.

The whole leadership team needs to be wiped and replaced with a leader who cares about their people and less about doing some Office Space shenanigans by trying to cut head count (this company already runs lean) just to keep the EPS up.

I was paid 30% under the market. This was evident when I more than made up the difference on the following job. There is massive disparity between departments in regards to job titles - it is very common for people to get promoted here because everyone else in the department has left.
