Very smart people. Highly motivated to deliver even when they're not happy with interacting late hours with the India team or with the low pay at egnyte.

There is very little salary hike and the salary itself is not on par with the industry(2x). That's when compared to the company that's not public yet. Very little rsu granted and the wait for the company going public feels "forever".

The salary is not at par with the industry. The yearly Salary Hikes are too low even for high performers. There was literally 0% salary hike with the promotion that was announced earlier this year. It wasn't even as much as it was the year before that.
