People, people, people. Work may sometimes be repetitive, I may have a worse day, cannot always focus. But spending time with my colleagues and seeing them working and supporting me - that is so calming nad cheering :)

They seem to listem to the people, they care about me as a person, try to understand worse days, support and help. They encourage to grow, develop my skills and knowledge and they are very willing to share their own.

I cannot say one specific thing. I value that we share not only our work life but we can tak and laugh about life, can spend time with each other. I fell their support and understanding when I have private problems and can always rely on them

Probably Multikafeteria that enable me to choose different bonuses each month :) Medical health care is also very valuable for me and thank to it I was able to go to many doctors which I could not afford other way or I would have to wait for a long time in public healthcare
