Leadership needs to stop treating their workforce poorly and change the company's antiquated policies. They also need to seriously revamp the pay and benefits package, as it is not competitive.

Stop making fun of hourly employees and treating them like they are subhuman untouchables. Stop sticking up for and taking salary employees sides when something comes up and remember they are supervisors so do your job and supervise and not act like employees are bugging them
