Caring for individuals in need with a high quality of care. Just seeing them smile or sparkle in their eye lets me know I was able to efficiently and effectively deliver the care they needed in a way that made them feel important or as if they are still appreciated and cared about and not forgotten.

need to look at staffing, how staff are trained, and what each person is responsible for and have it in writing who does what and when as it is now everyone is responsible but no one takes responsibility
