All employees, whether managers or floor staff are treated equally.

The departmental manager has very little management experience and no upper management support. This being said, the department manager listens to subordinates and gears communications at the level needed for the department as well as individual employees.

I can't really say because I've worked there for 3 years but I don't know much about them. They do not interact with direct care staff very often

Caring and concern for staff

Leading, planning, setting a positive tone for the business. The leadership team is non-existent

communication with staff and not trying to do everything with only a few employees

As a family member in residence at Stillhouse in Paris, Tx, I am rating this facility. When there are no owners or administration around caring and showing their faces, it is representative of how the employees react. As retired manager of large firms, participating in ones business is crucial.
