Ensign is fun. I work at several buildings and each one has employees that actually seem like they enjoy their jobs. That is very rare in a skilled nursing facility

Treat employees better. Most people view the company as a bad place to work

need to look at staffing, how staff are trained, and what each person is responsible for and have it in writing who does what and when as it is now everyone is responsible but no one takes responsibility
