Transparent, What you are told at the interview is truth not hype. This company is an employee first company. You are appreciated, valued and rewarded. I've never worked worked, in 30+ years, with a company like this that respects their employees.

Getting everyone on the same goal and supporting and motivating. Think from the customer and site management point of view. Corporate is creating more work and problems than anything else. 200% rate increase is insane. especially when the customer can see the lower rate online.

Listen to the ones doing the hard labor. They are the ones that know customers best. Trust what they say about their facility and other employees. Stop being lazy & follow through with in house complaints. Stop rewarding your bad employees who are also causing your high turnover. Stop discriminating
