Not playing favorites. There were a few workers who did absolutely nothing, and still, the people who were working would get yelled at for not picking up the slack of the people who weren't doing anything.

They need to actually hire people who want to work instead of slack off and talk all day. They need to listen when employees tell them about being harrassed by coworkers instead of telling them to just ignore it.

Constantly, the managers would yell at us about how we aren't doing things right, but then they would never show us how we were supposed to do it. We would come in and cover other peoples shifts, or be called on our time off asking to come in and help. If we did, there wouldn't be a single thanks.
