The say-do ratio from management is very low. Despite good results for the company, the working conditions are very bad (no resource, issue with IT, computers are old and not well working, access to tools and license is bad, no access to main engineering standards,.....)

Stop letting people go not back filling and making others pick up the slack, we have no worklife balace and its getting worse, actually make lean work instead of spending the money and going thru the motions. If we put money in the tools we use we could be more efficiant.

There is still a lot of waste in our operations and not a lot of activity focusing on identifying and eliminating that waste. Doing a job that doesn't have a standard is fine for a little while but over time all you see is the waste and it becomes discouraging.
