
the stressors are often unnecessary. it's frustrating to watch, as we have the potential to be GREAT, but we keep missing the mark by a longshot. not sure how executive group doesn't know this. ACE=accelerating customer experience into the toilet. accelerate only means increase speed, not improve.

my team is smart. we are in the trenches together. we need each other to stay sane and prevent meltdowns. the environment here is very stressful. the team members support one another to get thru that.

they have lofty goals, but never never put any support system in place to achieve those. corporate sales reps should have full admin and cust service support to retain those corporate customers. we do NOT treat our customers well. hard to retain their business.

Leads need to be receptive to helping all employees not only the ones on their team. I wouldn't be reaching out to a lead if I could handle or knew the answer myself. They need to actually answer the phone or IM when we are reaching out.

hard to say. we get tokens of gratitude, but they don't make up for the additional stressors that we get on a daily basis. our problems are oversimplified and glossed over by mgmt. hard to be happy about the good things when there's always a negative to follow.

Raise this year didnt even meet the cost of living increase, so actually I am making less. Have been working mandatory OT for a few years with no end in sight. If company is making such outstanding revenue, this needs to be shared with employees with either pay increases, bonus or 401k increase

i'm not free to do my job because of all the extra garbage on my plate each day. that makes me feel undervalued. re benefits, our restrictive time off policy seems dumb. real life doesn't exactly work that way. sometimes i need to schedule outside of the 30-90 day window we're limited to. dumb.

Not taking down to employees There is too much emphasis on taking a call. but none on letting us work to fix the problem. They want you back on the phone getting another call. You know if we could have time (other than 1 hour a day) to work issues, maybe there wouldn't be mad repeat callers
