use to love it now its just a pay check. too much corporate greed. too many high paid people telling us we are not doing enough while we try to do the best we can with old equipment in harsh conditions with unskilled labor

not much. since their takeover the company keeps removing more and more compensation from us and I guess they need it for all the new VPs and CEO

not really their fault, the company does not look for the correct person for the job but because our pay is so low they have to take anyone they can get

treat the employees as people and not just workers. Global use to be a company that respected people now they just tell you (shut up and give me numbers. I dont care if you see your family ...do more.) We keep getting emails from CEO but they are not directed at the actual "workers" just sales teams

the company has taken away the stipend for working saturdays which we have to do more so than not. Taken away the end of the year bonus (christmas bonus) have cut the rate of the once a year raise in half. All we get is money taken from us and we are expected to be here all the time/away from family
