Listening to the employees. Many processes are broken and affects daily function. Employees stress this yet no one wants to step up and actually fix the issues. People focus on nonsense things like talk time when the focus should really be customer service and internal processes.

I am just pilled with more and more work each and every day. No one cares because they know I will handle it. We are told we are the backbone of the company, and I know I am relied on a LOT yet we get lousy raises. People get nervous when I take off because I do so much and know so much.
