I love this company and the mission we serve. As a veteran, this company gave me my sense of service back. I know I complained a lot, but it is because I love this company and what it is about and want to see it do better. I feel we have lost alot of the culture and togetherness that we had.

lack of culture, lack of leadership. lack of support, turnover at key positions is extremely high (payroll, training, IT, recruiting, HR) no communication as to new announcments or systems being brought online.

we used to have a solid culture that was a mission focused, it seems to me, we have lost that as a company. That being said the mission is what drives myself and those in my department.

Creating and establishing a culture for the company, supporting every other department that is not named retail. investing in new tools equipment and training for our department and every other department not named retail. put good support departments in place to support every department.

my department does not get much support besdies what my peers and direct leadership team put into effect. Seems like this company is focused on retail and does not support any other department. compensation would be nice but my employees qualifing for grants would be better.

work together and get thing done with little support from GCC. We were told we would have to wait on other departments to launch a new line of business. We did the marketing, design, recruiting, training, and research all on our own launched it and broke revenue records in back to back months.
