As Funmi said before his move, our goal is to be "People First, Customer First." What happened? Broken promises. Upper management too. Policies outdated. Totalitarian. It's my way or the highway. What happened to emotional intelligence? I am doing the work for 2 people, and at home.

The positives are never acknowledged only the negative. When you are promoted or move to a new position there is never any kind of training. If you are salary you are expected to work 50 & 60 hours a week with no compensation.
While interviewing, I stated a pay range with which I was comfortable and expected for the job. When the offer of employment was made, it was significantly less (>$10k) than what I needed. At no point in the interview process was I told my salary expectations were too high for the position.
My direct manager make me feel undervalued.
Teir 1 stores are the largest stores with big budgets of the year. Running the biggest store and knowing smaller stores are close to my salary. It's frustrating and disappointing
I was promoted from hourly to a salary management position but was not given a pay increase- causing me to bring home far less each month. I discussed with my managers the financial and emotion frustration I had but he seemed unconcerned and didn't follow up after promising to try to correct.
To be clear, I don't feel undervalued by my manager (she is working with HR) and many EG have helped to increase my compensation. Yet, I still do not have an up-to-date job description that reflects the additional duties I have taken on over the years. Thus, I get paid less than my industry peers.

The entire department was given a significant raise, everyone that is except for me. Some people were given close to $5.00 an hour extra and I got nothing. Industry standard for my role is nearly $40,000 a year more than I'm making.
