If we received quarterly reviews and raises based on performance
My direct manager make me feel undervalued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all seem to be hardworking and dedicated to the mission.
Friendly, easy to work with
Helpful, fun, energetic, ready to learn.
We aw a group support one another whether in workload or just basic understanding.

I do get the feeling that the executive is striving to improve employee's overall morale and I really appreciate that.
