Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As Funmi said before his move, our goal is to be "People First, Customer First." What happened? Broken promises. Upper management too. Policies outdated. Totalitarian. It's my way or the highway. What happened to emotional intelligence? I am doing the work for 2 people, and at home.
the compensation dose not align with the amount of hours that the job requires.
Teir 1 stores are the largest stores with big budgets of the year. Running the biggest store and knowing smaller stores are close to my salary. It's frustrating and disappointing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Pride. Teamwork. We know more about each other. They desired to do their position and are open to constructive criticism. We are family.
They are very hard workers, I'm fortunate to have a small dedicated group that goes out of there way to be present.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are like family for the 8 hours we are together. We work through our conflicts and then go back to work as chums.
They seem to care and reach out to employees
its all about helping those in need
