
I feel my manager cares about us as a team. We get to voice our thoughts and he listens. Also appreciate the fact that we are talked to about our goals, you care that we are treated fairly and equally. I love the challenges each day, I strive to be the best person and team mate.

very engaged at the top CEO level but my current managem,anet team is still a work in progress. We do not have as many group meeting as we should to be informed of any changes that will affect our decisions in our roles.

More transparency. More support. Stop expecting temporary employees to carry your workload without proper pay or benefits. Stop changing policies last minute and not properly communicating it thoroughly. Get all SMA's on the same page so we don't get 5 different answers when we actually get an answe
