What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm not sure that I have a compensation package. I love my job, not the easiest but definitely not the hardest. Not sure how the wages compare with other companies. But can't put a price on job you like and look forward to.

OA's don't get raises, end of year bonuses or bereavement time. My Dad passed away a couple weeks ago, and I had to switch my off days to go to his funeral. I had no time to grieve.
