I carry a lot if the weight of my colleagues who fint contribute as much. Also, canada cost of living is just as high as NY yet im paid like 30k usd less than people who deliver less at the same level.

tasks are not fairly divided. some team members are overworked while others do nothing. team members who take on more are not compensated accordingly.

I definitely feel valued and the time off/family leave, etc is all wonderful. I hope we can get to a place where we offer 401k match, but it is very normal for startups to not offer at this stage.
