I think within my team its positive. Wothin the company its negative. Were kept in the dark a lot as a company. Started 2023 with an explicit 'no layoffs' comment from CEO 3 months layer we had layoff. There didnt seem to be a reason why some great people were cut. Recently everything is very toxic

You are given time when needed to take breaks to come back to the work much more refreshed (although this is different for different departments).
