Very bad payroll system, poor training or no training. Comparing of what system are used the training provided is not enough and most of the time you have to self-train by doing mistakes. Salaries are lower comparing with the same job position in other companies.

My team is constantly changing, so I can't say what is best, but I have to train someone constantly even if my role is not to train.

I am covering whole year different roles within the team, and I don't have any upgrade. People starting after me on the same position are receiving higher salary.

The ticket system is very slowly and there is no clear resolution. Same cases resolved different way, which make you feel confused. Training is not enough. Covering different roles from your level to management level and salary doesn't change. No clear responsibilities within the team.
