¿Qué está mal y cómo se puede mejorar?

I believe the current buy/use/return model needs to be reevaluated. The company seems to be losing money with the currrent one. Customers shouldnt be allowed to return items theyve abused, broken, washed, etc. like in a store.

the upper management cares more about how quickly you can assist the customer and move to the next versus the quality of service you are giving each customer. They have also increased prices and the shipping is outrageous and they pushes customers away.
