IZEA has a great number of opportunities to succeed like never before. To do so, we must continue to push for changes that put our workers development & compensation first. If we lose sights of the value our workers bring, or try to give any of that value they generate to anyone else, we will fail.

Our executive team recognizes the value of labor. In this world, it's not easy to put your workers first. Market forces make it easy to assume that worker satisfaction, compensation, & growth shouldn't be a priority. But this executive team consistently shows that they recognize the value of labor.

I recognize that it's not easy to compensate workers fairly. However, I believe my leaders are doing the best they can in the circumstances. As long as we keep moving forward & making positive changes that put workers first, then the IZEA will succeed both in the short-term and long-term.

we are in a labor market that requires employers put their workers first. This means going above and beyond to pay the best salaries, offer the best benefits, and align the companies mission with that of employee professional growth. We have good intentions, but there is much work to be done.
