What is the best part about your compensation package?
IZEA offers so many competitive benefits such as 16 weeks of paid parental leave, mental health resources, great 401K matching, a generous RSU program, fitness reimbursement, professional development fund, great PTO, and so much more that adds great value to my overall compensation package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay wage is not livable wage.

I don't feel undervalue, but the pay is not much of a livable wage. I have to take on a second job to pay for basic needs. The wage is the only thing that causes me to want to leave

Compared to other competitors the pay is below, also with todays living the pay does not matches. I believe the pay matches more for a few years ago.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IZEA emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, and actively creates opportunities for this to happen virtually and in-person. The people at IZEA are the heart of the company and we honestly just have so much fun, even while working hard!

What makes you most happy at work?
Our company culture makes me most excited to work here. It's the foundation of our team and each IZEAn is a contributor to it. I've made so many friends and grown in ways I didn't think was possible from a remote company. I'm always able to find reasons to smile at work.
