Getting to interact with coworkers - even if it's problem solving I feel like we still make it fun

They're transparent about company goals & the roles each team member plays in making those goals a reality. They celebrate past work & share wins team wide. They have fun & make it a point to ensure the team does as well. I couldn't name another CEO who would do a Batman impression on a team call.
