Culture is good, but would prefer to have more opportunities to meet with the team in person, as it can get very isolated working from home. Paid vacation days are way too little and it is extremely brutal to be using paid vacation days as sick days.

how’s your vacation policy?
You can earn up to 80hrs in your first year (more after) with 3 floating holidays you can use as you choose. You get 3 days off for Thanksgiving, a week off for Christmas and most major holidays off.
