Very inclusive culture and they make sure to recognize various holidays and support months and things that are important to different employee groups.

Love the open communication and monthly updates via IZEA Up. Leadership is very open and honest and willing to discuss things if you have questions.

I like the transparency and communication they provide. It's refreshing to be at a company where you hear updates directly from the leadership team on a monthly basis.

The support from the team and my manager and being made to feel part of a team and part of the team working towards the company's goals and future success.

The culture is very inclusive and supportive of all types of people. I really like the company's "cheers" channel that allows you to provide shoutouts to others in the company. There are cheers that are submitted every day and it awesome to see everyone being so supportive of one another.
