Low to mid-range it's very relaxed. Higher up in the ranks it's more political.

I don't know anyone that doesn't have immense respect for the CEO

Our application development and electronic integrations are growing the fastest. Our paper based legacy products are slowing.

Multiple interviews with potential peers and different managers from different departments.

A mixed bag of individuals, but I like them all.

It's a bit difficult finding time to take off because of the workload, but I can almost always work social activities in my life.
