The should help all the people grow and find a way to inpire and we the people will follow! Not because of the money but for what we can do for the cuatomers and all that need us.

Coworkers and resources are good people that are stretched thin that have no time to help unless prioritized by their managers and directors.

I have rarely seen it 4.5 years I was there.

Pretty standard.

They used allow remote roles but archaic management philosophy doesn't allow it anymore and they are phasing people out that were remote.

The current CEO is not a good leader in my opinion. He wants to show investors that the company is profitable at all costs. Even if it means cutting corners that will hinder our ability to perform at our best in the future.
How's the work life balance at Brady Corporation?
There are some positions within the company where you can work 8 hours and go home and not worry about work until your next shift. I however, have a position that does not have this luxury. I am expected to be available nearly 24/7.
