I do way more than what a machine Operator entails and they know that and ecide to keep you lower so they can get more out of you and not have to pay you.
The company constantly spends money of frivolous, meaningless things but never seems to have any money to actually pay their employees what they actually deserve.
They need to be more involved with listning to the employees

There are meetings constantly, none of which are productive. The only reward for being hardworking and competent is more hard work and more responsibilities, while there is no accountability for being an inept slacker. Competent people are doing the work of 2-4 other people while others get a pass

General culture is positive, there are areas which may have more demands and stress associated with them (i.e. sales) but outside of that it is very positive.

It Functions like a dinosaur
They are never educated or trained properly on how to use our products. Our informational materials (training videos, knowledge bases) are terrible. Our products are highly technical pieces of equipment but are sold as off the shelf solutions that can be operated by anyone.
Company culture. There are solutions to the problems that are there but they have to be willing to fix them. And just telling people, “this is the way it is so deal with it,” isn’t a solution. Be better everyday should mean more than
