The should help all the people grow and find a way to inpire and we the people will follow! Not because of the money but for what we can do for the cuatomers and all that need us.

Communication and assigning the right people to the right role. Coaching people up or coaching them out.

communication, team work, honesty, inclusiveness, promptness .... etc.

Allowing skip management to get to the root of problems and cutting out friction from problematic managers

Appreciating employees who work hard instead of the ones who barely do anything

Everything - very competitive - starts on day one as well. Brady pays a great portion of the benefits

It is market rate and I was not underpaid

Great benefits including 401k matching

Both the dental and vision are generous - better than I've had at other companies.

Bonus plan is very good when we perform well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

better base salary when commissions unattainable

not being paid on duly earned commissions, and having to cover multiple territories and not being compensated per contact is a couple items

I do way more than what a machine Operator entails and they know that and ecide to keep you lower so they can get more out of you and not have to pay you.

The company constantly spends money of frivolous, meaningless things but never seems to have any money to actually pay their employees what they actually deserve.

They need to be more involved with listning to the employees

There are meetings constantly, none of which are productive. The only reward for being hardworking and competent is more hard work and more responsibilities, while there is no accountability for being an inept slacker. Competent people are doing the work of 2-4 other people while others get a pass

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The coworkers are great people

Knowing that this can't last forever and one day I'll be dead.

People working together towards common goals.

General culture is positive, there are areas which may have more demands and stress associated with them (i.e. sales) but outside of that it is very positive.

Had to hear about my current supervisors divorce in my interview...

Getting someone who actually does my job to interview me instead of an entrenched manager who has been with the company 30 years and is out of touch with day to day operations.

It Functions like a dinosaur

They are never educated or trained properly on how to use our products. Our informational materials (training videos, knowledge bases) are terrible. Our products are highly technical pieces of equipment but are sold as off the shelf solutions that can be operated by anyone.

Company culture. There are solutions to the problems that are there but they have to be willing to fix them. And just telling people, “this is the way it is so deal with it,” isn’t a solution. Be better everyday should mean more than
