Great group of people who are excited to try new things and are really experts in their areas. Also everyone is willing to learn new tasks to get things done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are meetings constantly, none of which are productive. The only reward for being hardworking and competent is more hard work and more responsibilities, while there is no accountability for being an inept slacker. Competent people are doing the work of 2-4 other people while others get a pass
