The coworkers are great people

Knowing that this can't last forever and one day I'll be dead.

People working together towards common goals.

General culture is positive, there are areas which may have more demands and stress associated with them (i.e. sales) but outside of that it is very positive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Not treat their employees as dispensible and being ruled by politics

Communication and appreciation from the management
