The should help all the people grow and find a way to inpire and we the people will follow! Not because of the money but for what we can do for the cuatomers and all that need us.
Communication and assigning the right people to the right role. Coaching people up or coaching them out.
communication, team work, honesty, inclusiveness, promptness .... etc.
Allowing skip management to get to the root of problems and cutting out friction from problematic managers
Appreciating employees who work hard instead of the ones who barely do anything
The leadership team is only concerned with self preservation and navigating the toxic corporate ladder. They will not take any risks or stand up for any beliefs or values. They will betray anyone foolish enough to trust them and throw their own mother under the he bus if it means advancing upwards
Too much forced overtime and not enough training
Empathy, try to solve problems instead of giving the same directive without fixing anything.
