What do you like best about the leadership team?
A ledership team that cares for the people
They're very transparent, and share a lot about the company.
Leadership team is always striving to improve and welcomes questions
They are all easy to talk to and are open to suggestions.
Open to feedback and collaboration, in fact it is encouraged. Transparent and communicative whenever possible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
anything you could ever imagine, there's always room for improvement
work harder and have more respect
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love getting the opportunity for profit sharing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work from home position, and flexibility.
Truly a family like atmosphere, we often refer to our teams as our JJK Family
We strive to protect companies and the people that work for them in today's DOT/EPA and OSHA regulatory environments so there is a great deal of job satisfaction in helping clients navigate these complex areas.
You get to hang out with your friends while getting work done and you happen to get paid for it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was very personable and it justvseemed like a natural conersation through each step
From interviewing with the talent specialist, and the final interview, everything was positive. If I had any questions, there was no hesitation with answering.
Stayed informed along the way (granted I interviewed several years ago)
Opportunity to interview with multiple people throughout the organization including leaders of each of the internal business units I would be interacting with.
It was fairly straightforward without a lot of HR nonsense.

Positivity, always on your side, and give you the right tools to help you be successful.
To know that every phone call we make has the opportunity and potential to influence the safety of an organization. Knowing we make a difference each day means the world to me personally and professionally.
Helping my team become successful in their objectives and thereby, achieving my own personal objectives.
