A great place to work with leaders that actually care about their people. Very competitive pay with many work schedules and arrangements to choose from . They take employee suggestions and issues seriously, onsite clinic (free), cafe, fitness center. Business casual dress code.
They are people-focused, strategic, set strong expectations, measure progress, and listen to their associates' needs.
They are usually well mannered and let us work remotely.
The further from the reps you go the more disconnected from reality the leadership team becomes to what is working/not working with the current direction of the sales team.
Open communication and transparency is the key to our leadership team.
